Insurance
Advantages of working with us as a mobile, out-of-network provider include:
The ability to provide support to the unique needs of each child, rather than insurance companies dictating how much therapy we can offer (frequency and duration), allowing us to provide more attentive, individualized care and stronger therapist-family relationships
Faster access to services-NO REFERRALS NEEDED, no waiting for insurance authorizations, and fewer waitlists as we don’t have reimbursement constraints
No surprise bills or denials, no complicated paperwork, and more control over care decisions as YOU will decide what’s best for your child, NOT the insurance companies
You can request a superbill to provide to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits.
No travel time! We will meet you where you are, cutting down on hectic scheduling and reducing the need to find care for siblings or family members while you are away!
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Pediatric occupational therapy focuses on helping infants and kids develop the skills they need for daily activities, such as crawling, eating, writing, and playing. It supports children in improving their physical coordination, sensory processing, and social interactions, enabling them to participate in family, school, and community life.
Simply put, OT helps to eliminate barriers to do what kids love!
-
Imagine your child getting dressed in the morning without frustration, playing on the playground with joy, or joining art class with confidence. These everyday moments might seem small, but they represent big achievements for kids who struggle with certain tasks.
If your child feels anxious in noisy environments or gets upset when touching different textures, we help them develop coping strategies. We use play-based approaches, such as sensory bins or obstacle courses, turning challenging tasks into enjoyable games.
For children who find social interactions difficult, we enhance their social skills through group play sessions where they learn to share, take turns, and communicate effectively with peers. This can transform how they interact with friends, leading to more fulfilling relationships and greater happiness.
Parents often report seeing their child participate more fully in family activities and feeling proud as their child tackles new challenges with courage and enthusiasm. As a result, both parents and children experience less stress and more joy in everyday life.
By focusing on your child's unique needs and strengths, we can open doors to a brighter, more confident future. If you’re noticing struggles that impact their day-to-day life, exploring OT could be a wonderful and transformative next step.
Contact us for a screening!

It is your responsibility to call your healthcare provider to find out potential reimbursement as each plan is different. We can provide you with a superbill to submit upon your request. Some helpful questions to ask include:
What out-of-network coverage do I have if I use a provider that does not accept my insurance?
Can I apply OT sessions toward my deductible?
Once my deductible is met, will my OT sessions be fully covered?
What type of notes will need to be provided?

We do accept recent evaluations within 6 months and will do a plan of care (POC) update if needed.

We typically work with children from birth to five years of age. Please let us know if your child is older, and we can arrange a short screening to see if our program is a good match for your family.
-
Absolutely! We can work together to discuss your concerns and your child’s needs despite standardized scoring requirements.
-
We provide services depending on the needs of your child and convenience for your family. This can mean your home, library, play space, park/playground, supermarket, department store or daycare!
-
Yes! Private therapy services can really help your child by offering more frequent and regular sessions. This means your child can see the same therapist consistently, which helps them progress steadily. Plus, it involves the whole family by teaching you ways to support your child's progress at home. Private therapy can also target your child's specific goals, work together with other professionals, and provide services that might not be available in schools.
-
The frequency and duration of therapy services are determined after evaluation depending on your child’s needs. A typical session is 45 or 60 minutes.
-
Of course! We're more than happy to work with other team members, with your permission, to help your child use their skills in different situations. If you'd like, we can also arrange a group meeting with the team for a consultation clinic to talk about any specific challenges or goals you have for your child.
-
Our consultation clinics are informal in-person or virtual sessions, where you can learn more about your child's growth and any challenges they might be facing. We'll share easy activities you can do at home to help keep them on track. Please note, your child won't be present during these sessions.
We welcome other important people involved in your child's care, like teachers, school therapists, or family members, to join us. This way, we can work together to help your child use their skills in different places.
